Our TOC 4 learners were privileged to visit the Indaba Hotel and Conference Centre in Fourways for an enriching educational experience linked to their current curriculum. The visit gave learners the opportunity to see the “behind the scenes” operations of a working hotel and experience the many career opportunities within the hospitality industry.

Learners visited the hotel’s industrial kitchen, where they met the Head Chef for the main hotel, explored the various conference venues and had the opportunity to see the hotel’s on- site butchery.

The experience concluded with a wonderful buffet lunch at Chef Boma restaurant.
